In recent years, Relic has been going through the best times. Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III was a failure and was abandoned. In turn, this year most players were disappointed with the quality and content of Company of Heroes 3. It is interesting, however, that thanks to creative fans, the early parts of both episodes still continue to develop. A great example of this is the recently released update for Elite Mod, one of the most popular modifications for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Retribation.

Latest version of mod 2.9.9, which is available for downloading on our website via torrent, is mainly focused on improving numerous new functions that have recently appeared in the project:

• Implemented versions of new gaming modes were implemented as part of the Skirmish option, which can be played both in multi -user mode and in riccers against AI. These new opportunities include a variant of mass battles with a limitation of 200 units, the assault on heroes in which we can use all the heroes in one battle, and the game mode of the night battle, in which clashes take place at night, which leads to a deterioration in visibility for the troops.
• There is also a more extended version of the new mode "Survival" (located in the campaign menu in the section "Imperials") in which you play in a series of missions against the waves of enemies. You can play alone or in a cooperative. Previously, this regime was available in a much more simplified form and could ruin the preservation of the campaign, which was fixed.
• In addition, many technical errors were eliminated and the balance of gameplay was improved.

Let me remind you that Elite Mod is a project, the purpose of which is the general improvement of both single -user and multi -user gameplay. Thanks to modification, all armies received many additional units. An additional fraction of space paratroopers in the form of the Order of the Gray Knights also appeared. The game also includes new game modes.

Elite Mod is now a mandatory thing for all fans Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Retribution. Not only because of the scale of improvements, but also because the project has a large community in which something is constantly happening-various events are organized, players can participate in regular tournaments.
